Recreational activities are a very important part of the curriculum at
Shamrock Educational Academy. Students participate in numerous activities,
which help develop confidence, self-esteem and a willingness to try new
things.
Based in a rural setting, Shamrock is able to offer many outdoor activities,
including:
Skiing, snowboarding, boating, tubing, scuba diving certification
classes, scuba outings, fly fishing, camping, hiking, private helicopter lessons and fixed wing airplane lessons.
Our belief is that learning to appreciate recreational activities will
strengthen our students’ awareness of finding healthy activities to pursue
in their future. Participation in recreational activities is highly
encouraged, and is included in the monthly tuition. We are committed
to providing activities as a family, and positive behavior is the only
prerequisite for participation. Scuba diving certification and aviation lessons are
optional, and paid for by the families.
