Our Beliefs
Shamrock Educational Academy's mission is to provide a positive, safe learning enviroment for at-risk adolescent males to learn the skills necessary to achieve academic success, personal responsibility, appropriate social skills with peers and adults and success as a constructive part of their family, school and community.

- We believe that a strong work ethic, a desire to serve the community and a respectful behavior are essential to students developing into self-sufficient, productive, responsible members of society.

Objectives
- Assess students by grade level expectations and develop individual student learning plans to achieve standards.
- Provide learning opportunities to all students to achieve academic success, measured by student confidence and grade level assessment.
- Provide families and students with expanded choices in the types of educational opportunities that are available outside of a traditional school setting.
- Provide professional opportunities to teachers and staff to advance their knowledge in academic trends and research based student learning.
- Provide students with a wide range of academic experiences to expand their awareness of post secondary educational opportunities.
